Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These general terms govern the use of the Privatly platform, a service that allows content creators to monetize their premium content with their subscribers.
2. Registration
Registration is open to adults. The creator agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to verify their email address.
3. Creator subscription
Access to the platform for creators requires a monthly subscription. The creator keeps 100% of the revenue generated by their subscribers. Privatly takes no commission on transactions.
4. Content
The creator is solely responsible for the content they publish. They guarantee they hold the necessary rights to all published content. Any illegal content is strictly prohibited.
5. Data protection
Privatly is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and GDPR. Data is never sold to third parties.
6. Cancellation
The creator can cancel their subscription at any time. Access to the platform remains active until the end of the paid period.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the canton of the operator's domicile.
