Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

All transactions made on Privatly are final. Due to the digital nature of the content offered, no refunds are granted once payment is made. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree that digital content is made available to you immediately, and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Exceptions

In the exceptional case of a confirmed technical issue completely preventing access to paid content, or in case of confirmed double billing, you may contact our support at contact@privatly.app. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No prorated refund is granted for the current period.

4. Bank disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly at contact@privatly.app before initiating a dispute with your bank. Requests handled through our support are resolved faster. Abusive disputes may result in account suspension.

5. Applicable law

This policy is governed by Swiss law. Purchases of digital content are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable Swiss and European legislation.
