Content Policy
1. Permitted content
Creators may publish original content they own the rights to: photos, videos, text and other digital content. Content must comply with applicable laws in the creator's country and in the countries of their subscribers.
2. Prohibited content
Strictly prohibited: any content involving minors, non-consensual content, identity theft, AI-generated content presented as real without disclosure, content promoting illegal activities, content inciting hatred, discrimination or violence, and any content infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Age verification
The platform is restricted to adults (18 years and older). Creators and subscribers must confirm their age during registration. Privatly reserves the right to request additional identity verification.
4. Moderation
Privatly reserves the right to remove any content violating this policy without notice. In case of serious or repeated violations, the creator's account will be suspended or permanently deleted.
5. Reporting
Any user may report content they believe violates this policy by contacting contact@privatly.app. Each report is reviewed within 48 business hours.
6. Intellectual property
Creators retain full ownership of their content. By publishing on Privatly, they grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content to authorized subscribers.
